O que você vai fazer:

  • Gerenciar e expandir contas estratégicas e ser o ponto focal dos clientes-chave, garantindo que extraíam o máximo valor dos nosso produto e suas funcionalidades.
  • Construir relacionamentos de alto nível, atuando como parceiro de negócios, entendendo necessidades estratégicas e apoiando na definição de planos de crescimento conjunto.
  • Desenvolver planos de conta, criando estratégias personalizadas para cada cliente-chave, focando em resultados de longo prazo.
  • Gerar oportunidades de expansão (upsell e cross-sell), identificando soluções adicionais que fortaleçam a parceria e aumentem a receita.
  • Atuar proativamente na retenção, aplicando estratégias avançadas anti-churn afim de reforçar o valor do produto.
  • Monitorar métricas de sucesso e ROI, analisando desempenho, gerando insights e apresentando resultados claros para stakeholders de alto impacto.
  • Ser capaz de traduzir a visão estratégica do negócio para nossos clientes.

O que buscamos:

  • Experiência em gestão de contas estratégicas, com histórico de relacionamento e negociação em nível executivo.
  • Capacidade consultiva para entender necessidades complexas e propor soluções alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio dos clientes.
  • Interesse genuíno por produtos técnicos e disposição para aprender em um ambiente colaborativo e dinâmico.
  • Entusiasmo por Inteligência Artificial e pelo impacto dessa tecnologia no setor imobiliário.
  • Habilidade de interpretar métricas e traduzir dados em estratégias de crescimento para os clientes.
  • Comunicação clara, estratégica e adaptada a diferentes públicos, com poder de persuasão para tomada de decisão em alto nível.
  • ⚠️ Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes é requisito da posição. Você vai visitar clientes presencialmente de forma constante. Acreditamos muito no poder do relacionamento ao vivo.
