O que você vai fazer:

A Lais fica entre os portais imobiliários e os CRMs dos nossos clientes, e conforme ela assume mais etapas da jornada de venda, essa ponte fica cada vez mais estratégica. Como estagiário(a) de Product Ops, você vai cuidar das integrações com esses parceiros, garantindo que os dados cheguem dos portais, sigam corretos para os CRMs e se mantenham sincronizados quando algo mudar do outro lado. Também vai monitorar a saúde dos produtos, traduzir as dores da operação em melhorias e construir automações e ferramentas com apoio de IA, com código revisado pelo time de tecnologia. É um time pequeno, com autonomia real e contato direto com liderança, engenharia e parceiros externos.

O que buscamos:

  • Estar cursando graduação (qualquer área)
  • Disponibilidade para estar presencial pelo menos 4x por semana no escritório (Faria Lima)
  • Curiosidade e vontade de entender como as coisas funcionam por dentro
  • Autonomia e perfil mão na massa
  • Boa comunicação escrita e oral

Diferenciais:

  • Lógica de programação, SQL ou experiência com APIs e integrações
  • Já ter usado IA para construir algo (automações, scripts, ferramentas)
  • Interesse pelo mercado imobiliário ou por tecnologia B2B
