O que você vai fazer

O resultado da Lais não depende só do atendimento: depende também de campanhas bem configuradas e de um canal de WhatsApp saudável. Como Analista Especialista em Meta, você será a referência no assunto para os times de gerentes de contas e de implantação. Você vai diagnosticar e resolver problemas como números bloqueados, quedas de qualidade e templates reprovados, além de orientar clientes e agências sobre campanhas e boas práticas. Também vai transformar esse conhecimento em materiais e capacitações para o time.

O que buscamos

- Experiência prática com WhatsApp Business API (números, templates, qualidade e limites de envio). - Experiência com o Business Manager da Meta: permissões, verificação de empresa e resolução de restrições e bloqueios. - Conhecimento de campanhas na Meta. - Experiência em resolução de problemas técnicos. - Comunicação clara para explicar temas técnicos a clientes não técnicos e a colegas de outras áreas. - Organização para lidar com várias demandas ao mesmo tempo, priorizando por urgência. - Facilidade para documentar processos e criar materiais de treinamento.

Diferenciais

- Vivência no mercado imobiliário: imobiliárias, incorporadoras ou portais. - Experiência em agência de mídia de performance ou atendendo vários anunciantes ao mesmo tempo. - Experiência com provedores de WhatsApp Business. - Experiência em Customer Success, suporte técnico ou implantação. - Conhecimento de SQL ou ferramentas de BI. - Experiência criando treinamentos ou bases de conhecimento.
