1. 负责公司生产与售后上位机软件的开发与维护，包括数据处理、逻辑控制、界面展示等功能； 2. 负责研发内部工具开发与维护，与研发其他业务沟通，满足内部需求； 3. 参与基于AI模型的应用开发，与开发、生产、售后等多应用场景落地； 4. 参与大模型数据清洗，调参，模型优化与场景应用，AI应用服务全流程场景落地。

1. 2027及2028届本科及以上学历在读学生，熟悉c/c++或python编程，了解qt/pyqt应用开发，熟悉面向对象编程； 2. 掌握常用的数据结构与算法，良好的计算机系统基础（操作系统、网络、数据库等）； 3. 具备良好的编码习惯、代码结构清晰，有一定的抽象思维； 4. 具备良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，动手能力强，有团队协作意识； 5. 作为主力队员参与RC/RM大赛经验优先 ； 6. 使用过ai agent编程工具，了解mcp，对大模型场景应用有一定的了解优先。
