1. 2026年及之后毕业的境内外博士学位，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、数学、电子工程等相关专业。 2. 在视觉SLAM、激光SLAM、多传感器融合或相关方向有深厚的理论基础和丰富的研究经验，有顶级会议论文发表者（必要条件）。 3. 精通C++，熟练掌握Linux及ROS，具备优秀的工程实现能力；深入理解非线性优化、图优化、卡尔曼滤波等核心数学工具。 4. 具备出色的独立研究能力和解决复杂问题的能力，能够敏锐洞察技术前沿，定义并引领技术方向。 5. 拥有优秀的沟通协作能力，能够跨团队（算法、硬件、产品）推动技术创新落地，具备成为技术领军者的潜力。
