1. 负责下一代智能庭院机器人自主导航与运动规划的前沿算法研究与技术架构设计，突破复杂非结构化环境（草地、斜坡、动态障碍、强光照等）下的规划决策瓶颈，定义行业领先的运动行为标准。 2. 领导路径规划、决策控制核心算法的创新与落地，融合强化学习、模仿学习、多目标优化等先进方法，解决覆盖作业效率、动态避障、多机协同、极限工况下的鲁棒性问题。 3. 主导规划控制算法在百万级量产机器人上的全生命周期迭代，协同感知、硬件与产品团队，从系统工程角度持续优化运动表现，推动技术从原型到产品的快速转化。

1. 2026年及以后毕业的境内外博士学位，自动化、控制科学与工程、机器人、计算机科学、应用数学等相关专业。 2. 在机器人运动规划、决策控制或相关方向有深厚的理论基础和突出的研究成果，有顶级会议论文发表者优先。 3. 精通C++，熟悉Linux/ROS生态，具备优秀的系统级工程实现能力；深入理解非线性规划、最优控制、马尔可夫决策过程、强化学习等核心理论。 4. 具备独立定义技术方向、解决极具挑战性问题的能力，能够敏锐洞察技术趋势，引领团队在关键技术点上实现突破。 5. 拥有优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够高效整合资源，将前沿研究转化为产品竞争力，具备成为技术领军人物的潜力。
