1.负责从感知输入到动作输出的端到端策略学习：模仿学习（IL）、强化学习（RL）、或VLA类模型微调​； 2.设计任务的动作空间与策略网络架构（如Diffusion Policy、ACT、Transformer-based policy）​； 3.负责示教数据的策略训练、评估、迭代，推动策略在擦窗户/倒水任务上的成功率提升​； 4.探索少样本/跨任务泛化能力（如从"倒水"泛化到不同容器形状）；​ 5.与运动控制岗位协作，确保学习出的策略动作能被底层控制器稳定执行；

1.机器学习/机器人学相关方向硕士及以上，有模仿学习或强化学习项目经验​； 2.熟悉主流操作策略学习方法：Diffusion Policy、ACT、RT-系列、OpenVLA等至少一类的原理与实践​； 3.具备真实机器人上的策略部署与调试经验优先​； 4.熟练使用PyTorch，具备较强的实验设计与调参能力​； 5.对接触式/柔顺操作任务（如擦拭、倾倒）的动力学特性有一定理解者优先。
