1. 2026年及以后毕业的境内外博士学位，计算机视觉、机器学习、机器人、自动化、应用数学等相关专业。 2. 在计算机视觉或深度学习方向有深厚的理论基础和突出的研究成果，有顶级会议论文发表者优先。 3. 精通C++/Python，具备优秀的系统级工程实现能力；深入理解2D/3D视觉、几何深度学习、多任务学习、模型轻量化等核心理论与技术。 4. 具备独立定义技术方向、解决极具挑战性问题的能力，能够敏锐洞察技术前沿，引领团队在关键技术点上实现突破。 5. 拥有优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够高效整合资源，将前沿研究转化为产品竞争力，具备成为技术领军人物的潜力。
