工作职责： 1、按照公司测试标准完成在研各阶段的测试，包括功能验证、可靠性测试、安规类测试、认证预测试；并输出测试报告。 2、负责按照ORT要求及研发可靠性要求实施可靠性测试验证。 3、解决试验过程中发生的问题跟进和处理。 4、负责试验设备的维护和保养,以确保试验设备的完好性和稳定性。 5、完成部门主管交代的其他工作任务。

工作要求： 1、专科或以上学历，机械设计，机械制造及自动化等工科专业背景。 2、熟悉机械设计和制造。 3、熟练掌握CAD和其他与结构试验有关的软件工具,能够独立进行工程任务。 4、对研究和解决在试验过程中出现的问题有浓厚的兴趣,具备良好的基础知识和分析能力。 5、具备团队合作精神、责任感和积极进取的工作态度,能够适应高强度和变化多端的工作环境
