Buscamos un/a Site Director (Director/a General de Planta)

¿Quieres liderar una planta industrial integrada en un grupo internacional, con retos reales en sostenibilidad, eficiencia y transformación del modelo productivo?

Buscamos el relevo generacional del actual director, en un contexto de evolución del modelo industrial establecido y exigencia creciente en eficiencia operativa y sostenibilidad.

Ubicación: Tarragona interior (presencial)

Tu misión

Dirigir la planta con responsabilidad global sobre operaciones y P&L, asegurando la eficiencia, la sostenibilidad y la evolución del modelo productivo en un entorno industrial exigente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Dirección integral de la planta (producción, mantenimiento, calidad, HSE y ESG)
  • Liderazgo de un equipo de más de 150 personas y del comité de dirección
  • Responsabilidad sobre resultados del site (P&L)
  • Planificación y optimización de la capacidad productiva
  • Supervisión de procesos industriales con alta exigencia en gestión de agua, residuos y energía
  • Interlocución y coordinación con clientes industriales
  • Reporting internacional
  • Liderazgo de proyectos de transformación y mejora continua
  • Coordinación con otros centros del grupo a nivel europeo

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia mínima de 7 años en dirección de planta industrial y gestión de equipos amplios en entornos industriales complejos (procesos, residuos, depuración, energía)
  • Que combines visión estratégica con fuerte orientación a operaciones
  • Nivel profesional de inglés
  • Que residas en la zona (Tarragona interior) o tengas disponibilidad real para desplazamiento diario
