Missions principales :

L’objectif du poste est d’assurer la tenue rigoureuse de la comptabilité générale et analytique des différentes entités de Simplon en Afrique (Afrique de l'Ouest), de produire les états financiers dans le respect des normes OHADA et SYCEBNL, et de garantir la conformité fiscale et sociale des entités, en lien avec le cabinet d’expertise comptable et, le cas échéant, les comptables pays.

Cette mission comprend les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Saisir, contrôler et lettrer les écritures comptables (clients, fournisseurs, banques, caisses, immobilisations, etc.)
  • Suivre les comptes tiers et établir les rapprochements
  • Suivre la facturation des différents projets et le recouvrement
  • Préparer les situations comptables mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles dans le respect des délais
  • Suivre les déclarations fiscales et sociales (TVA, IS, IPRES, CSS, CNPS, BRS, etc.) dans les différents pays
  • Assurer le suivi quotidien des encaissements et décaissements
  • Élaborer et suivre les plans de trésorerie des entités
  • Appuyer la rédaction des contrats et la gestion de la paie
  • Participer aux clôtures intermédiaires et annuelles des comptes
  • Produire les états financiers des entités
  • Appuyer la consolidation des comptes de Simplon Africa
  • Contribuer à l’harmonisation des procédures comptables et financières
  • Élaborer des budgets et des rapports financiers pour les bailleurs
  • Centraliser la comptabilité des différentes entités dans l’ERP Odoo
  • Tenir à jour et contrôler la comptabilité analytique

Profil recherché

  • Bac+3/5 en Comptabilité ou équivalent (DEC, DSC, DUT, DESCAF,...)
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité (idéalement une expérience en cabinet d’expertise comptable)
  • Bonne maîtrise du SYSCOHADA
  • Maîtrise des logiciels comptables (idéalement Odoo) et d’Excel
  • Bonne connaissance de la fiscalité sénégalaise
  • Rigueur, organisation, autonomie
