MISSIONS:

Simplon Solutions recherche un(e) UI/UX Designer pour concevoir des interfaces intuitives, inclusives et esthétiques au service de projets digitaux à impact social. En lien étroit avec les équipes produit, tech et clients, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création d’expériences utilisateurs fluides, utiles et accessibles.

Vos responsabilités :

Conception UX :

● Recueillir et analyser les besoins utilisateurs (interviews, benchmark, personas, etc.)

● Animer des ateliers de co-conception et d’idéation (Design Thinking, UX workshops)

● Définir les parcours utilisateurs (user flows, wireframes, prototypes)

● Concevoir des maquettes fonctionnelles (low/high fidelity)

● Participer à l’élaboration des tests utilisateurs et à leur restitution

Design UI :

● Créer des interfaces graphiques respectant l’identité visuelle du client

● Développer et maintenir des design systems et bibliothèques de composants

● Assurer la cohérence graphique entre les différentes plateformes (Web, Mobile)

● Garantir une expérience accessible et responsive (a11y / mobile first)

Collaboration & suivi projet :

● Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs et chefs de projet

● Assurer la transmission fluide des maquettes via des outils collaboratifs

● Participer aux revues de design, réunions produit et sprint reviews

ENVIRONNEMENT & OUTILS UTILISÉS

● Outils de design : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (principalement Figma)

● Prototypage : Figma (interactive components), InVision

● Recherche utilisateur : Maze, Hotjar, Google Forms, Lookback (selon projet)

● Documentation / collaboration : Notion, Miro, Jira, GitHub

● Méthodologies : Design Thinking, Lean UX, Agile / Scrum

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Compétences clés :

● Solide culture UX et sensibilité UI

● Maîtrise des outils de design et de prototypage (Figma en priorité)

● Bonne connaissance des normes d’accessibilité et du responsive design

● Esprit d’analyse, autonomie et sens du détail

Qualités humaines :

● Capacité à écouter, synthétiser et restituer les besoins

● Curiosité, créativité et envie d’apprendre

● Esprit collaboratif et appétence pour les projets à impact

Formation / expérience :

● Formation en design graphique, design d’interaction ou équivalent

● Expérience confirmée en design UI/UX (2 ans minimum)

● Portfolio exigé (projets pro ou perso pertinents)
