Rôle général des formateur·rice·s

  • -Préparer et adapter les contenus pédagogiques en lien avec les objectifs du parcours.
  • -Animer les sessions de formation en s’appuyant sur des méthodes actives.
  • -Accompagner les apprenant·e·s dans la réalisation de projets concrets.
  • -Evaluer les compétences acquises tout au long de la formation.
  • -Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des contenus et des pratiques pédagogiques.
  • -Participer aux temps de coordination pédagogique et aux bilans de formation.

Modalités de collaboration

  • -Les interventions pourront prendre la forme de missions ponctuelles, de contrats à durée déterminée ou de collaborations à temps partiel, selon les parcours et le calendrier de déploiement des formations.
  • -La rémunération sera définie en fonction du profil, de l’expérience et du volume d’intervention.
  • -Les recrutements pourront être réalisés progressivement sur la durée du projet, en fonction de l’ouverture des parcours.

Expérience professionnelle

  • -Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans en développement web full stack (entreprise ou freelance).
  • -Une expérience en formation ou en accompagnement de publics est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire.
  • -Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques et à transmettre des compétences.
  • -Intérêt pour l’accompagnement de jeunes et les projets à impact social.

Vous pouvez postuler si:

  • -Vous êtes formateur pour l'un domaines listés.
  • -Vous parlez couramment Portugais (langue de la formation)
  • -Vous êtes basé en Guinée Bissau ou serait en mesure de vous y rendre pour animer les formations
