Als Business Consultant (m/w/d) Digitalisierung & Prozesse schaffst Du es, Menschen für Veränderungen zu begeistern, sie mitzunehmen und gemeinsam nachhaltige Verbesserungen zu erreichen. Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Beratungskonzepte im Bereich Kanzlei- und Unternehmensprozesse
  • Entwicklung neuer Beratungsangebote rund um Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen
  • Integration moderner Technologien und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten in bestehende Beratungsansätze
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozessberatung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung und dem gesamten DATEV Consulting Team
  • Beobachtung von Markttrends und neuen Entwicklungen im Bereich Digitalisierung und Automatisierung

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung – idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und modernen Arbeitsweisen sowie Freude an der Entwicklung neuer Lösungen
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, aus komplexen Anforderungen verständliche und praxisnahe Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freude daran, Menschen für Veränderungen zu begeistern, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen und gemeinsam Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Empathisches und sicheres Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen und Menschen in Veränderungsprozessen mitzunehmen
