Als Technischer Kundenberater (m/w/d) verbindest Du direkten Kundenkontakt mit projektbezogener Entwicklung individueller Kundenlösungen. Du verstehst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden, analysierst ihre Prozesse und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen passgenaue technische Lösungen. Dabei begleitest Du Deine Kunden eigenverantwortlich von der ersten Anforderung bis zur technischen Umsetzung (Fullcycle-Entwicklung).

  • Direkter, regelmäßiger Kundenkontakt als technischer Ansprechpartner
  • Aufnahme und Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Kundenprozesse
  • Entwicklung individueller, projektbezogener Softwarelösungen mit C#, SQL und Webtechnologien
  • Technische Beratung und Begleitung der Kunden über den gesamten Projektverlauf
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Konzepte und konkrete Umsetzungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung eigener Kundenprojekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenorientierter IT-Lösungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-/technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im IT- oder Softwareumfeld
  • Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt, idealerweise in einer beratenden oder betreuenden Funktion
  • Grundkenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung mit C#, SQL und Webtechnologien (Fullstack)
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Gesprächssituationen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technische Affinität, analytisches Denken und Freude daran, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
