  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen bei unseren Kunden
  • Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Lösungen auf Basis von SAP Business One
  • Beratung unserer Kunden in den Bereichen Logistik, Produktion und Service
  • Customizing und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Business One (inkl. Add-ons wie z. B. Boyum/beas)
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen für Key User und Fachbereiche
  • Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Dokumentationen und Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Begleitung von ERP-Projekten über alle Phasen hinweg (Anforderungsanalyse, Implementierung, Go-Live, Support)
  • Unterstützung bei Datenmigrationen, Schnittstellenanbindungen und Integration von Dritt­systemen
  • Einsatz und Integration von KI-Lösungen im ERP- und Kundenumfeld (z. B. Automatisierung, Prognosen, Datenanalyse)
  • Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern sowie 2nd‑/3rd‑Level‑Support
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Projektleitung und externen Partnern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im ERP-Umfeld, idealerweise mit SAP Business One
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse in Bereichen wie Einkauf, Vertrieb oder Produktion
  • Erfahrung im Customizing sowie Kenntnisse in SQL, Schnittstellen oder APIs von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
  • Erfahrung in Workshops und Schulungen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Kundenterminen vor Ort
