Du denkst lieber in Projekten als in Tickets und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live? Für unseren Standort Nürnberg suchen wir einen IT-System Engineer - Projekte (m/w/d), der komplexe IT-Infrastrukturprojekte für unsere Kunden technisch verantwortet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du konzipierst, planst und implementierst IT-Infrastrukturprojekte bei unseren Kunden - von Server- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen bis hin zu Cloud- und Hybrid-Lösungen
  • Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung im Projekt und übersetzt gemeinsam mit unserem Consulting- und Vertriebsteam Kundenanforderungen in belastbare Lösungskonzepte
  • Du setzt Migrationen von On-Premises-Umgebungen in Cloud- und Hybrid-Szenarien um - beispielsweise mit Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Azure - und begleitest unsere Kunden auch nach dem Projekt bei der Überführung in den Betrieb
  • Du bringst Dein Fachwissen in mindestens einem Schwerpunkt ein - z.B. Microsoft Azure, Netzwerk & Security, Cloud-Architektur oder Microsoft 365 - und baust Deine Expertise in diesem Bereich als interner Ansprechpartner weiter aus
  • Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und Betriebskonzepte und teilst Dein Wissen teamübergreifend

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-System Engineering, als Systemadministrator/in oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle - idealerweise im Systemhaus- oder Projektumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Windows Server, Active Directory, Netzwerktechnik, Virtualisierung (Hyper-V/VMware) und Microsoft 365
  • Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten direkt beim Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und adressatengerecht zu erklären
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen eigenständig zu lösen und Projekte aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Projekttermine bei Kunden in Nürnberg und der Region
