Join our El Paso team and work closely with dedicated legal professionals serving injured clients throughout the region.

Note

Candidates must have an active Texas Bar license and at least 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience. We welcome attorneys with backgrounds in personal injury pre-litigation, litigation, or a combination of both.

Job Description

  • Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from initial evaluation through settlement or litigation.
  • Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and insurance coverage to develop effective case strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing guidance and updates throughout their cases.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, demand packages, and other case materials.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
  • Advocate for clients in litigation proceedings when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury attorney experience.
  • Experience handling personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical documentation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
  • Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a legal team.
  • Personal injury litigation and courtroom experience are a plus.
