Jouw rol als Adoptie Consultant

Als Adoptie Consultant help je organisaties om technologie écht onderdeel te maken van hun dagelijkse werk.

Je begeleidt klanten bij het moderniseren van hun manier van werken en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen zoals Microsoft 365, de Moderne Werkplek en AI-toepassingen succesvol worden geadopteerd binnen de organisatie.

Je rol gaat verder dan training geven. Jij bent de tactisch en strategisch adviseur die organisaties helpt bij:

  • het ontwikkelen van adoptiestrategieën
  • het creëren van draagvlak bij management en medewerkers
  • het begeleiden van gedragsverandering
  • het vertalen van technologie naar praktisch werkbare processen

Je werkt nauw samen met IT-management, projectteams en key users en zorgt ervoor dat digitale verandering logisch, menselijk en duurzaam wordt.

Wat ga je doen?

Strategie & veranderaanpak

  • Ontwikkelen van adoptie- en communicatiestrategieën voor Microsoft 365, moderne werkplekken en AI-toepassingen.
  • Adviseren van klanten over veranderimpact, stakeholdermanagement en digitale maturity.
  • Opstellen van roadmaps en tactische plannen samen met management en projectteams.

Begeleiden & inspireren

  • Ontwikkelen en geven van workshops, awarenesssessies en inspiratiesessies.
  • Opzetten en begeleiden van key user- en ambassadeursnetwerken.
  • Het verhaal achter digitale verandering helder maken en draagvlak creëren binnen organisaties.

Meten & verbeteren

  • Inzicht creëren via adoptiemetingen, analyses en evaluaties.
  • Gedrag en gebruik van tools analyseren en verbeterkansen signaleren.
  • Adviseren over optimalisaties, vervolgstappen en structurele borging van verandering.

Samenwerken binnen Proxsys

  • Intensief samenwerken met sales, projectteams, IT-operations en service delivery managers.
  • Adoptie een vaste plek geven binnen klanttrajecten.
  • Bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling rondom thema’s zoals: Microsoft Copilot & AI in de werkplek Modern samenwerken Data governance en digitale werkplekken

Wat breng je mee?

  • Ervaring met verandermanagement, digitale adoptie of consultancy
  • Affiniteit met Microsoft 365, moderne werkplekconcepten en AI-toepassingen
  • Interesse in ontwikkelingen binnen IT en digitale samenwerking
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatiesensitiviteit
  • Het talent om mensen mee te nemen in verandering
  • Een proactieve houding: je ziet kansen en weet beweging te creëren
