Je kent het wel: de écht complexe issues blijven te lang liggen, escalaties komen te snel bij de techleads terecht en collega’s zoeken iemand die richting en rust brengt wanneer het spannend wordt. Precies daar kom jij in beeld. Als Lead Cloud Support Engineer ben jij de ervaren specialist die knelpunten oplost, het team technisch sterker maakt en ervoor zorgt dat support niet alleen sneller, maar vooral slimmer werkt. Een hands-on senior rol met impact, zonder managementpolitiek of architectenstress.

Wat je bij ons gaat doen

Als Lead Cloud Support Engineer ben jij de technische steunpilaar binnen het supportteam. Je pakt de complexere 2e en 3e lijns tickets op, kijkt verder dan de vraag van vandaag en helpt collega’s om betere analyses te maken. Daardoor stijgt de kwaliteit van het hele team en worden techleads minder vaak belast met escalaties. Je beweegt makkelijk tussen teams. Je ziet patronen in terugkerende issues, zet verbetersuggesties door naar Maintain of automation, en zorgt dat de belangrijkste knelpunten structureel worden aangepakt. Zonder dat jij zelf de automation hoeft te bouwen.

Jouw werk draait om drie dingen: rust brengen, richting geven en support ontlasten.

Zo ziet jouw week eruit

  • Je pakt 3e lijns-incidenten op waar collega's op vastlopen en brengt ze stap voor stap verder.
  • Je ziet dat dezelfde identity-issue bij verschillende klanten opduikt en zet een verbeteractie door.
  • Je stapt in een P1 om overzicht te creëren, zorgt dat het team de juiste stappen zet en beperkt de escalatie.
  • Je helpt een collega die technisch groeit om de volgende stap te zetten in analyse of troubleshooting.
  • Je stemt met Maintain, Projecten of techleads af hoe we bepaalde issues slimmer kunnen voorkomen.

Alles met één doel: support soepeler, voorspelbaarder en technisch sterker maken.

In deze rol groei je door waar jouw kracht ligt. Wil je de technische diepgang opzoeken? Dan kun je bij ons verder richting cloud security, automation of advanced M365/Azure-expertise. Ben je juist iemand die graag richting geeft? Dan ligt een pad naar techlead of meer betrokkenheid bij projecten en ontwerpkeuzes voor je open. Je bepaalt zelf welke kant je op wilt. Wij zorgen voor de ruimte, begeleiding en ontwikkelmogelijkheden om dat pad waar te maken.

Wat je ervoor terugkrijgt

Wat jij meebrengt

  • 5+ jaar ervaring als sr. Cloud Support.
  • Stevige kennis van Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID en Azure AD.
  • Senior troubleshooting skills en analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Rust, overzicht en een natuurlijke manier van coachen.
  • De drive om het team technisch sterker te maken.
  • Een proactieve blik op structurele verbeteringen.
