Als IT Projectmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het van A tot Z realiseren van projecten bij onze klanten. Je stuurt op voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaat en zorgt ervoor dat verwachtingen helder zijn en worden waargemaakt. Daarbij hoef je zelf niet de diepste technische expert te zijn, maar je begrijpt de context en dynamiek van IT- en ISP-omgevingen en weet hier effectief in te opereren.

Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor klanten en stakeholders en weet complexe trajecten te vertalen naar duidelijke plannen en concrete acties. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen aligned blijven. Dankzij jouw ervaring herken je risico’s vroegtijdig en stuur je proactief bij om projecten succesvol af te ronden.

Binnen Proxsys werk je nauw samen met engineers, service delivery managers en accountmanagers. Jij bent degene die structuur brengt, prioriteiten stelt en ervoor zorgt dat projecten niet alleen worden uitgevoerd, maar ook daadwerkelijk waarde opleveren voor de klant.

Je schakelt soepel tussen strategisch niveau en operationele uitvoering en weet belangen van klanten en organisatie goed in balans te houden. Door jouw aanpak verlopen projecten voorspelbaar, efficiënt en met een hoge klanttevredenheid.

Dit breng jij mee

  • HBO werk en denkniveau
  • Ruime ervaring als IT Projectmanager binnen complexe IT-omgevingen
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het succesvol realiseren van projecten van begin tot eind
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring binnen ISP-omgevingen (dit is een belangrijke pré)
  • Ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken zoals PRINCE2, IPMA of vergelijkbaar
  • Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Vermogen om overzicht te houden en tegelijk door te pakken op details waar nodig
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (minimaal B2)
