IT Support Specialist

Als ervaren support specialist los je samen met je collega’s tickets op en bezorg je onze klanten een grote glimlach. Met jouw hulp kunnen klanten snel en zonder gedoe weer verder met waar ze mee bezig waren. Door de verschillende gave technieken (grote klantomgevingen, sharepoint omgevingen, office365) en diverse klanten is geen dag hetzelfde.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Met jouw servicegerichte instelling, IT-kennis en communicatieve vaardigheden weet je precies hoe je de klant het beste kunt ondersteunen;
  • Jouw ervaring draagt bij aan het begeleiden van onze junior support medewerkers;
  • Je neemt actie door zelf zoveel mogelijk tickets op te lossen, vooral werkplek gerelateerde vragen en storingen zoals Office 365, applicaties, printen en telefonie;
  • Je houdt veelvoorkomende problemen bij in de kennisbank en zorgt ervoor dat al je innovatieve oplossingen worden gedocumenteerd;
  • Bij complexe uitdagingen schakel je de hulp in engineers of de incidentcoördinator.

  • Salaris: €3.000 – €3.400, afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Ontwikkelbudget: Onbeperkt toegang tot opleidingen en certificeringen.

Wie ben jij?

Jouw drijfveer is om de klant echt verder te helpen en te zorgen voor een optimale klantervaring. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om je kennis te delen met junior support collega’s.

Wij zoeken iemand met:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring bij een technische service- of helpdesk;
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Kennis van Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID en Azure AD;
  • Kennis van netwerken en/of telefonie VoIP is een pré.
