Wil jij samen met onze klanten het maximale uit een partnership halen? En ben jij iemand die verder kijkt dan SLA’s en écht stuurt op klantbeleving en impact? Dan is de rol van Service Delivery Manager bij Proxsys jou op het lijf geschreven.

Als Service Delivery Manager ben jij het kloppende hart van het klantteam en de vertrouwde partner voor jouw klanten. Je zit regelmatig met hen om de tafel en bouwt actief aan sterke, langdurige relaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening niet alleen voldoet aan de afspraken, maar deze overtreft. Daarbij neem je eigenaarschap over de volledige dienstverlening en heb je de ruimte om zaken te organiseren, te versnellen en te verbeteren waar nodig.

In je rol werk je nauw samen met de Account Manager en Techlead. Samen vormen jullie een krachtige drie-eenheid waarin commerciële, operationele en technische expertise samenkomen. Jij bent degene die de regie pakt, het overzicht bewaart en ervoor zorgt dat alles soepel loopt—zowel richting de klant als intern binnen de organisatie.

Je voert regelmatig servicegesprekken met klanten waarin je de voortgang, kwaliteit en samenwerking bespreekt. Daarbij monitor je de prestaties en het naleven van SLA’s en XLA’s en signaleer je continu kansen voor verbetering. Wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen, neem jij de leiding in het oplossen ervan en zorg je ervoor dat escalaties snel en effectief worden aangepakt. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de korte termijn: je herkent terugkerende problemen en zet verbeterinitiatieven in gang die structureel bijdragen aan betere dienstverlening.

Daarnaast ondersteun je klanten bij veranderingen en adviseer je hen over optimalisaties. Je bent proactief, denkt mee met de klant en zorgt ervoor dat de samenwerking steeds sterker wordt. Daarbij weet je altijd de juiste balans te bewaren tussen de belangen van Proxsys en die van de klant.

Dit breng jij mee

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Informatica, Bedrijfskunde of Informatiemanagement)
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen IT-dienstverlening
  • Kennis van ITIL, Agile, Scrum of andere IT service management frameworks
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (minimaal B2)
