The posting

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HSE and safety requirements within the assigned quality area.
  • Inspect and test incoming components to ensure compliance with approved quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain component quality standards and specifications to support effective incoming quality control.
  • Support the qualification of new suppliers, materials and components against approved specifications and standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support improvement actions to enhance incoming component quality.
  • Conduct periodic warehouse audits to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
  • Monitor plant quality KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inspect and test manufactured products through sampling to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Investigate production quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the Operations team.
  • Follow up on market returns and quality issues, supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Monitor QC team skills and support training plans based on identified development needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of quality inspection, problem-solving, and quality tools.
  • Understanding of production processes, quality standards, and KPI monitoring.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred.
