Escopo do cargo: Prospecção Ativa (Social Selling): Mapear clínicas, escritórios e empresas nas regiões de interesse e iniciar conversas qualificadas no Instagram/LinkedIn.

Qualificação de Leads (SDR): Atender as pessoas que chegam no seu privado ou formulários e ver se elas têm o perfil/orçamento para contratar a Grapefy.

Gestão do CRM e Follow-up: Manter o funil organizado, agendar as reuniões para você e fazer o acompanhamento sistemático de propostas enviadas.

Experiência: 6 meses

Habilidades técnicas: Conhecimento básico em processo comercial e funil de vendas Experiência com prospecção ativa de clientes (outbound) Conhecimento em CRM e organização de pipeline comercial Habilidade com WhatsApp Business e ferramentas de atendimento Conhecimento em qualificação de leads e identificação de oportunidades Capacidade de realizar follow-ups comerciais estruturados Boa escrita para comunicação profissional com clientes Conhecimento básico em marketing digital e anúncios online (diferencial) Facilidade com planilhas, organização de dados e relatórios comerciais Capacidade de elaborar propostas comerciais e acompanhar negociações Conhecimento em métricas comerciais (taxa de conversão, ticket médio, etapas do funil) Familiaridade com ferramentas como Google Workspace, Click up, Trello ou similares
