エンタープライズアカウントエグゼクティブは、アサインされたテリトリーにおける営業活動 (リードジェネレーション、営業電話、契約交渉からクロージングまでのセールスサイクルを管理、ビジネスケースの提案など) の全てに責任を持ちリードすることが求められます。最高水準の誠実さと品質の顧客サービスをクライアントに提供しながら、設定された売上目標を達成します。

職務概要

  • コールドコールを含むネットワーキングや見込み客の発掘、マーケティング、PR活動を通じて新規リードを獲得する
  • 顧客企業および見込み企業の経営者、上級管理職との関係を確立・管理・維持する
  • 顧客企業及び見込み企業におけるさまざまな部門（CX管轄部門、人事、マーケティング、経営企画部門など）のあらゆるレベルに対して営業活動を行う
  • 製品の使い勝手、メリット、競合上の利点、契約条件などを駆使して、案件をクローズするための最適な技術的フォローアップを促進する
  • 組織レベル全体で、既存クライアント企業や見込み企業とのプロフェッショナルな関係を構築する
  • マーケティングチームと協力して、デマンド創出キャンペーンを考案および実行する
  • 業界カンファレンスや会議の場で会社の代表という自覚を持って行動する
  • 測定可能なビジネス成果に特に焦点を当てて、当社のソリューション製品に関する深い知識を習得しアップデートし続ける。
  • 競合状況をリアルタイムに理解して、価格戦略及び提案の方向性を決定する
  • QBR（Quarterly Business Review)、APS（Account Planning Session)を通じ中長期のテリトリープランの策定及び主要アカウントに対する戦略を立てる

応募資格（必須）

  • 直近10年以上の有名大手企業に対するSaaSソフトウェア営業経験
  • Fortune100企業のCX管轄部門、マーケティング部門、人事部門へのSaaSソリューション営業経験
  • 潜在顧客の状況や課題に応じたソリューションの提案や機能デモが行えること
  • ４年制大学卒以上（学士以上）の学歴
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力

  • Salesforce.comの使用経験とMacの利用経験があれば尚可
