職務概要

  • ハイタッチ営業として当社ソフトウェアソリューションの提案
  • 地域/市場の潜在性の分析、当社製品の潜在的な収益を最大化するための販売戦略の策定
  • 当社製品のソリューションをバリューに基づいて提案、宣伝、販売アプローチをすることにより、市場で当社製品のブランドイメージを拡大
  • 担当エリア/業界でクライアントとの良好な関係の確立、構築、維持
  • カスタマーサクセスマネージャーと提携し、クライアントへの迅速かつ細やかなフォローの対応
  • 競合他社、新製品、市場の状況の把握、クライアントの特定のニーズ理解

応募資格（必須）

  • 5年以上の外資系IT/ソフトウェア業界におけるエンタープライズソフトウェアの営業経験。
  • 通信業界の顧客担当経験
  • 3年以上のハイタッチセールス経験と、高い売上目標を持った経験
  • エンタープライズ企業向けのソリューション/バリューセリング経験

  • 前年比での目標達成の成功経験とエンタープライズ顧客ポートフォリオの成長率の成功経験をお持ちであること
  • クライアントをナビゲートし、複数の部門および複数のリーダーなどキークライアントとの関係を構築する能力
  • 部門やチームの垣根を超えた横断的な連携や、社内外問わず影響を与えることができる高い適性
  • 顧客組織をしっかりと導き、複数の部門間及び異なるレベルの階層にまたがって連携出来る能力
  • 顧客のビジネスオペレーションにおける改善点を見出し、付加価値を提供できること
  • アカウント計画を立てるに際し、リサーチをし、データに基づいた統計的なアプローチを取れること
  • 顧客のシニアレベルの担当者ともテクノロジーに基づいたディスカッションをリードする能力があること
  • チーム全体の成功のための投資をすることができる、強い自発性の持ち主
