職務概要

  • セールスエンジニア、インサイドセールス、カスタマーサクセスマネージャー、プロフェッショナルサービス、エグゼクティブスポンサーと連携し、セールスベロシティを実現するアカウント戦略を定義する
  • 企業内を移動し、ステークホルダーをマッピングし、チャンピオンを作り、購買意欲を高め、Cレベルの意思決定者と取引を成立させる
  • 顧客との関係を構築し、新しいチームや部署での利用を拡大する
  • テリトリー内の収益を最大化するための戦略を定義し、目標達成のための四半期計画を策定する
  • トップダウンの営業手法と方法論を証明する
  • 当社ソリューション をグローバルに拡張する新しいプロセスの策定

応募資格（必須）

  • エンタープライズソフトウェア企業におけるソリューション営業経験
  • エンタープライズアカウントへ確固たるアカウントプランおよびテリトリープランを用いて営業した経験
  • 社内のマーケティング、ビジネス、プロダクトチームと連携し、成功して利益を生む顧客への効率的な営業手段を見出した経験
  • テリトリーの構築と営業プロセスの再現性に優れた経験
  • 卓越した顧客スキル（コミュニケーション力、共感力、誠実さ）をお持ちであること
  • 組織、財務、行動の構造と障害を認識する直観力
  • 強い目標達成意識と正確なForecasting力をお持ちであること
