職務概要

  • バリュー・セールスの成功モデルを活用し、コーポレート・セールス・チームが業界トップクラスの業績を上げ、競合他社を凌駕するようにする
  • コマーシャル・セグメントにおける成長に焦点を当て、日本における既存のエンタープライズ・チームとミッドマーケット・チームの成功を支援する
  • コーポレートアカウントエグゼクティブの採用、トレーニング、チームの指導を担当する
  • サブスクリプションベースのプラットフォームソリューションの成長のための市場参入計画を構築し、営業のベストプラクティスを確立し、予測と達成が正確であることを保証しながら、ノルマを達成する
  • 積極的な役割を担い、常にチームの生産性を向上させる方法を模索し、New Logoや営業手法のトレーニングのために努力するハンタータイプの営業チームを構築する

応募資格（必須）

  • 第一線の営業管理職としての実績とリーダーシップ経験
  • ソフトウェア会社の新規開拓営業経験
  • 目標を上回る実績
  • 積極的な前年比成長を伴う超成長環境での勤務経験
  • 双方向性の高い環境での業務遂行能力
  • 同僚と知識を共有し、効果的なチームの一員として働いている証拠
  • チャネルセールスに関する知識
  • ネイティブまたはネイティブに近い日本語コミュニケーションスキル、および会話レベル以上の英語コミュニケーションスキル（読み書き）
