CRMのグローバルリーダー企業にて、テクニカルアカウントマネジメント（TAM）チームのマネージャーを募集しています。

TAMチームのマネージャーは、担当するTAMのパフォーマンスを活用し、お客様の成功を確保する責任を担っています。また、チームメンバーに実践的なサポートを提供することで、サービス提供の質を確保することも重要な役割です。チームビルディング、前向きで協力的なチーム文化の維持、全部門にわたる効果的なコミュニケーションの強化、サービス営業の支援も重要なミッションです。

職務概要

  • 日本チームのTAMチームを管理する
  • チームメンバーの日常業務（スケジュール、外出調整、健康診断の実施など）を指揮する
  • サービス提供の品質と顧客満足度をリードし、CSATが目標スコアを達成していること、または上回っていることを確認する
  • 高度なスキルを持つエンジニアのチームを率い、顧客からのリクエストやエスカレーションに対応する
  • メトリクスとチーム効率を改善する機会を特定する
  • 効率的な事業運営を行うための人材の採用、育成、評価
  • 他のチームマネージャーと調整し、顧客からの要求全体に対して最適なリソースの割り当てを行う
  • 製品管理、製品開発、顧客担当社員、顧客への新規または再発問題の伝達を管理する
  • チームメンバーとの定期的な1:1ミーティングとフォーマルレビュー/評価を実施し、進捗状況の監視、期待値の設定、従業員の指導とスキル開発を行う
  • 顧客からの苦情を受け、適切な担当者にエスカレーションし、タイムリーに解決する
  • 業務指標を改善するため、方法、プロセス、システム、テクノロジーの変更を特定し、実施する
  • ビジネス目標に沿ったサービス提供の継続的改善を促す
  • チームとの知識やプロセスのギャップを埋める
  • 早期警告プロセスによるエスカレーションの最小化
  • チームが適切なツール、方法論、リソースを利用できるようにする
  • グローバルチームの一員として、Peerのマネージャーと緊密に協力し、地域の目標が達成されるようにする
  • より多くのお客様にシグネチャー・サクセスの価値を提供するため、営業チームと協働する
  • 日本のローカルビジネスとオペレーションを最適化するために、グローバルチームと協力し、同期する

応募資格（必須）

  • 以下のいずれか、または複数における8年以上の関連業務経験： エンタープライズ・アーキテクチャ、テクノロジー・コンサルティング、カスタマー・サクセス、テクノロジー・ソリューション開発、テクニカル・アーキテクチャ、ソリューション・アーキテクチャ
  • 4年以上のサポート/サービス管理またはオペレーションリード職経験（理想的にはコンサルティングリソースの管理経験）
  • 大規模で複雑な分散システム規模のビジネスを扱った経験
  • 顧客のバリューチェーン全体にわたるエンドツーエンドのビジネスプロセスをサポートするITシステムの取り扱いに慣れていること
  • 複雑なソリューション環境の大規模導入経験
  • 複数の関係者や企業システムが関与する複雑な顧客要求やプロジェクトをナビゲートし、エスカレーションし、取り組みをリードすることができる
  • 経営幹部やCレベルなど、組織のあらゆるレベルにおいて、信頼できる効果的なコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、影響力を発揮できること
  • 優先順位をつけ、マルチタスクをこなし、プレッシャーの中で効果的に業務を遂行する能力
  • 技術的な概念を分析し、ビジネス用語に変換するスキル、およびビジネス要件を技術的な機能にマッピングするスキル
  • ビジネスプロセス（セールス、サービス、マーケティング、サポート）、ビジネスアプリケーション、オートメーションに関する深い知識
  • クラウド・コンピューティングで使用されるデータベース、アプリケーション、ネットワーク技術に精通していること（例：ネットワーク・トポロジーとデバイス、データベースの概念とSQL、マルチテナンシー）
  • ソフトウェア開発プロセスおよびソフトウェア設計方法論の知識（コーディング経験があると便利ですが、必須ではありません）
  • 流暢なレベルの日本語力（文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力。TOEIC730点以上）

  • Salesforce製品に関する資格（Administrator、Advanced Administrator、Platform App Builder、Service Cloud Consultant、Sales Cloud Consultantなど）
  • エンタープライズアーキテクチャの経験
  • ソフトウェア開発パターン（MVC、N階層）に関する深い技術的知識と実装経験
  • Salesforceプラットフォームとエコシステムに関する知識を含む、Salesforce製品と機能、最適な使用方法、導入方法に関する深い技術的知識
  • Salesforceのマルチテナント実装のベストプラクティスと戦略の知識
  • Force.comのカスタムエンタープライズアプリケーションを定義し、技術的および/または機能的なリーダーとして提供した経験
  • ビジネスレベルの韓国語能力（文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル）
