職務概要

  • 当社のリーダーシップと連携し、特定の政府機関や商業機関、または地理における当社のプレゼンスを高めるための包括的な戦略を策定し、実行する（通常は単一または限られた数の顧客に焦点を当てる）
  • 当社の担当者と密接に連携し、目標やターゲットを決定しながら、新しいリードやビジネスチャンスを創出する
  • 当社と各機関をつなぐ重要な窓口となり、業界イベントやカンファレンスにパランティア営業チームを代表して参加する
  • 当社のソフトウェアプラットフォームに精通し、現実世界の様々な問題を解決するためにどのように使用できるかを理解する
  • 企業向け契約を獲得し、規定の販売ノルマを上回る
  • 他の営業チームメンバーと協力し、社内プロセスの改善と合理化を図る

募集要項

  • 政府機関または商業機関への大規模なエンタープライズセールスの実績があること（自動車、製薬、エネルギー業界におけるエンタープライズセールスの経験があることが望ましい）
  • 調達プロセスに精通した方
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力 様々な技術レベルや年功序列の聴衆に対して、当社の製品について説得力のある説明をすることができる方
  • 潜在的な顧客の要求を理解し、当社のソフトウェアがその要求にどのように対応できるかを理解する能力を有する方
  • プロジェクト管理能力を有し、どんな状況でも物事を成し遂げることができる方
  • 社内パートナーや社外パートナーとの関係構築・管理・協業経験

応募資格（必須）

  • 10年以上の法人営業における新規開拓経験
  • 技術的、非技術的なビジネスパートナーと協力し、ビジネスニーズを特定した10年以上の経験
  • 流暢レベルの日本語力
  • ビジネスニーズに応じて50%以上の出張が可能であること
