ソリューションのスペシャリストとして、指定されたテリトリーにおける自動テストのセールスをリードしていただきます。このチームはオーバーレイチームであるため、一般的なセールスエグゼクティブと協力し、アプリケーションテストに関する専門知識を提供し、UiPath Test Suiteがどのようにクライアントのニーズに対応できるかを説明します。セールススペシャリストとして、Test Suiteのパイプラインを構築するための積極的なキャンペーンを推進し、専門的な知識とスキルを駆使して、企業や戦略的な顧客全体の機会を見込み、資格認定し、交渉し、クロージングします。

職務概要

  • 積極的に営業パイプラインを作成し、推進する
  • 新規機会を模索し、Test Suiteのパイプラインを構築するために既存の機会を拡大し、強化する
  • 顧客がテスト自動化を通じて変革を達成できるように、当社の製品とサービスを戦略的に位置づけるために、競合他社のソフトウェアテストに関する知識を維持する
  • 主要なシステムインテグレータ、Test Suiteパートナー、OEMとの関係を構築し、市場参入計画を立てる
  • 主要顧客が置かれている業界と市場セグメントを理解し、この知識をコンサルティング営業に統合する
  • グローバルアカウントとのソフトウェアテスト市場における既存のCレベルの関係を活用する
  • テリトリー内のセールスエグゼクティブとセールスリーダーをサポートし、ビジネスと案件開発の専門知識に関する意見を提供する
  • クライアントの業界における独自のビジネスニーズを理解し、あらゆるビジネスニーズに対応できるベンダーとして当社を位置づけることで、Cレベルを含むクライアントとの専門的かつコンサルティング的な関係を構築する
  • 外部パートナーとの連携や活用に時間を費やし、売上を達成する
  • 営業活動を支援するための指示または調整

応募資格（必須）

  • エンタープライズソフトウェアにおける複数年の経験と、自動ソフトウェアテストにおける5年以上の専門知識
  • DevOps、アジャイル開発、CI/CDのコンセプトとツールを理解していること
  • 流動的でダイナミックな環境で業務を遂行するだけでなく、迅速に学習する能力
  • 口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーションスキル

  • リーダーシップとイニシアチブを発揮し、見込み客開拓、交渉、クロージングなど、得意先への営業活動を成功させた経験
  • 徐々に積み上がるノルマを継続的に達成し、取引先の多様性や、Cレベルの顧客との接点を実証してきた経験
