职位描述 我们正在寻找对多模态大模型技术充满热情、具备扎实工程实践能力的集成工程师。您将作为核心技术成员，负责将前沿的多模态大模型（包括视觉-语言模型等）的预训练infra,并构建高可用、高效率的大规模预训练平台。您需要具备优秀的编程能力、系统思维和实际问题解决能力，与算法团队紧密协作，提升大规模多模态模型的研发效率，直接影响数百万用户的产品体验。

岗位职责： 1、为预训练平台设计、构建稳定/高效的开发工具，包括开发机平台搭建、任务调度工具平台的搭建、视频结果评测平台，加速算法的研发过程； 2、系统维护与监控：构建并完善模型服务的监控、日志、告警系统，持续进行性能分析、瓶颈排查与线上问题应急响应； 3、协作与创新：与算法研究员及其他工程师紧密合作，理解业务需求，提供工程化解决方案，并跟进多模态领域最新进展，探索技术落地可能性； 4、希望你对于深度学习平台有足够的认识，热衷于抽象标准工具，设计便捷/鲁棒可服用的CLI工具/前端工具；加速大模型的研发,降低大家的认知负担。

职位要求 1、计算机科学/软件工程相关领域的本科； 2、需要后端基础,并且有ai平台开发相关的经验(熟悉k8s,后端开发,监控平台)； 3、能够有用agent开发平台的经历优先； 4、开发过通用的CLI工具,能够有比较好的前后端全栈开发能力有限,能够践行devops的习惯。

技术能力 1.编程与框架：精通 Golang/Python/C++/Java 之一。熟悉WebSocket、gRPC等通信协议，有高并发、低延迟网络服务开发经验； 2.数据存储与计算：熟悉对象存储（如S3、OSS）、关系型数据库、Redis、ClickHouse。加分项：熟悉 LanceDB 和 Daft、Ray 计算框架，了解向量数据库原理与应用； 3.系统开发：有扎实的后端服务开发经验，熟悉Linux开发环境，掌握Docker容器化技术，熟练使用Kubernetes等编排工具； 4.扎实的基础知识：熟悉计算机体系结构、操作系统、计算机网络、多线程编程等基础知识； 5.工程素养：熟悉CI/CD流程、代码版本管理（Git），具备良好的编码习惯与文档编写能力。
