我们正在寻找对 AI 产品和 AIGC 创作有热情的全栈工程师，参与多模态大模型 SaaS 创作产品的研发与迭代。 你将深入参与产品从前端创作交互、后端服务、大模型能力接入，到任务调度、内容生成、数据与商业化系统的完整技术链路，与产品、算法及设计团队协作，快速将 AI 能力转化为稳定、易用、可规模化的产品能力。 岗位职责 1、负责 AIGC SaaS 产品的全栈研发，覆盖 Web 前端、后端服务及核心业务模块，完成从产品需求到上线交付的完整闭环； 2、负责多模态大模型能力的产品化落地，参与文本、图片、视频、音频等 AI 能力的接入、编排与工程实现，持续提升生成体验与产品稳定性； 3、参与 AI 创作工作流、任务系统、素材管理、用户体系等核心能力建设，解决 AI 任务异步执行、状态管理、结果回调及大规模任务处理等工程问题； 4、参与 SaaS 平台商业化能力建设，包括会员体系、套餐、积分/额度、计费、支付、权益及使用量统计等功能，支持产品商业化增长； 5、参与技术方案设计与系统优化，持续提升系统的性能、稳定性、可扩展性及研发效率，保障 AI 产品在用户规模增长后的稳定运行； 6、与产品、设计、算法及运营团队紧密协作，快速理解业务需求并推动功能落地，持续探索 AI 新技术在创作场景中的应用，推动产品快速迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3 年及以上 Web / SaaS 产品研发经验，有较强的全栈开发能力； 2、熟悉前端和后端开发技术，至少精通一门前端技术栈（React / Vue 等）和一门后端语言（Node.js / Java / Go / Python 等），能够独立完成较复杂业务模块的端到端开发； 3、对 AI / AIGC 技术有较强兴趣，了解大语言模型、多模态模型、Prompt、Function Calling、Agent、Workflow 等基本原理，有 LLM / 图片 / 视频 / 音频等 AI 应用开发经验优先； 4、有 AI SaaS、内容创作、设计工具、视频/图片生成或其他 AI 产品研发经验优先，能够理解 AI 产品与传统 SaaS 产品在交互、任务执行及系统架构上的差异； 5、具备良好的系统设计和工程能力，熟悉 API 设计、数据库、缓存、消息队列、异步任务、对象存储等常见后端技术，能够处理高并发、长耗时 AI 任务及复杂业务状态管理； 6、具备较强的产品意识和业务理解能力，能够从用户需求出发思考技术方案，而不仅仅是完成需求开发；有商业化、会员、计费、支付、订阅或增长相关系统开发经验优先； 7、具备较强的学习能力和快速交付能力，愿意使用 AI Coding Agent 等新型研发工具提升开发效率，能够快速学习并应用新的 AI 模型、框架和工程技术； 8、具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能够与产品、设计、算法等团队高效协作，推动复杂需求快速落地。
