1. 日常沟通维护：负责公司投资者关系管理工作，维护与现有及潜在投资人，券商分析师，机构股东，资本市场中介机构的日常沟通； 2. 资本市场活动执行：协助制定并执行资本市场沟通策略，覆盖投资者路演，反向路演，业绩会，电话会，投资人调研等各类相关活动； 3. 沟通材料筹备：负责准备投资者沟通相关材料，包含公司介绍，路演材料，业绩演示文稿，投资者问答，管理层发言稿等内容； 4. 市场动态跟踪汇报：跟踪资本市场动态，同行业上市公司表现，分析师观点，投资者反馈及市场关注问题，定期形成内部汇报材料； 5. 管理层沟通支持：协助管理层开展资本市场相关沟通工作，准确传递公司战略，业务进展，财务表现及长期价值； 6. 资本市场项目配合：配合融资，IPO，再融资，并购等各类资本市场项目，支持投资人沟通，尽调材料准备及项目执行相关工作； 7. 投资者数据库搭建维护：建立并维护投资者数据库，跟踪记录投资者沟通情况，反馈意见，投资意向及后续跟进事项； 8. 跨部门协同合规管控：协同财务，法务，战略，业务等相关部门，确保对外披露和投资者沟通的内容准确，一致，合规。

1. 学历与专业要求：本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计、管理、法律、理工科等相关专业优先； 2. 工作经验要求：3 年以上投资者关系、投行、券商研究、战略投资、企业融资、财务分析或资本市场相关经验； 3. 专业知识要求：熟悉资本市场运作逻辑，了解 IPO、融资、上市公司信息披露、机构投资者沟通等相关工作； 4. 能力素质要求： （1）具备较强的财务分析、商业分析和材料撰写能力，能够将复杂业务逻辑转化为清晰的投资人语言； （2）具备优秀的沟通协调能力、项目推进能力和抗压能力，能与管理层、投资人及中介机构高效协作； （3）中英文书面及口头表达能力优秀，能够独立准备中英文投资者材料并参与国际投资人沟通； （4）具备高度责任心、保密意识和合规意识，对资本市场和公司业务有持续学习兴趣。
