我们正在打造面向实时互动场景的 AI 音视频推理产品（数字人直播、实时视频生成、AI 互动对话等），核心挑战在于：在保证生成质量的前提下，将端到端延迟压到极致。你将负责从音视频采集、编码、传输、推理到渲染播放的全链路延迟优化，让用户获得“面对面”般的实时体验。 岗位职责： 1、端到端延迟优化 1）负责实时音视频推理链路的端到端延迟分析与优化，覆盖采集→编码→传输→推理→渲染→播放全流程； 2）建立链路级延迟度量体系，定位瓶颈环节，制定并落地优化方案，目标将端到端延迟控制在百毫秒级； 2、音视频链路优化 1）优化音视频编解码（H.264/H.265/AV1）、传输协议（WebRTC/RTMP/SRT/QUIC）与抖动缓冲策略，降低传输与编解码延迟； 2）针对弱网、跨地域、高并发场景，设计自适应码率、前向纠错、丢包重传等策略，保障实时性与稳定性； 3、系统与工程落地 1）与算法、后端、客户端团队协作，将优化方案集成到生产环境，并持续监控线上延迟指标； 2）参与推理平台建设，推动 GPU 资源调度、模型热加载、服务编排等基础设施的延迟优化； 4、前沿技术探索 跟踪实时音视频、推理加速、低延迟网络等领域的前沿技术，评估并引入适合业务的新方案。

1、计算机、通信、电子等相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上音视频相关经验； 2、精通 C++ / Go / Python 至少一门语言，具备扎实的工程实现能力； 3、熟悉实时音视频链路：编解码（FFmpeg/GStreamer）、传输协议（WebRTC/SRT/RTMP）、QoS 优化； 4、具备性能分析与调优能力，熟练使用 profiling 工具（perf、nsight、VTune、tcpdump 等）； 5、对低延迟、高并发系统有深入理解，有分布式系统或云原生经验者优先。 加分项 1、有数字人、虚拟人、实时视频生成、AI 互动直播等产品经验； 2、熟悉至少一种推理框架（TensorRT / vLLM / Triton / ONNX Runtime），有推理延迟优化经验； 3、熟悉 GPU 编程（CUDA / Triton），有算子优化或自定义 Kernel 开发经验； 4、熟悉 Kubernetes、GPU 调度、推理服务编排； 5、有 WebRTC 端到端优化经验，或参与过开源音视频/推理项目； 6、有跨地域、弱网环境下的实时链路优化实战经验。
