1、供应商体系管理：负责数据供应商的寻源、入库、评价及汰换，建立分层级的供应商资源池，负责人力供应商的询标，初试，商务评分，结果公示等流程的统筹规划，定期进行供应商库的维护，确保在紧急或大规模数据&人力需求下能快速匹配合适的执行团队； 2、商务全流程管控：负责数据采购的商务谈判，包括定价策略、合同条款拟定及成本控制，协调内部法务、财务等部门，推动合同签署、对账及结算流程； 3、需求转化与协同：深度理解算法团队对预训练及后训练的数据需求，将其转化为标准化的工作说明书，并寻求专业供应商解决，作为技术团队与供应商之间的桥梁，翻译业务语言为标注准则，确保需求理解无偏差； 4、交付质量监控：配合数据专家，对供应商交付的数据进行抽样验收和进度追踪，针对标注任务中的边界 case，组织供应商进行培训和校准，确保数据一致性，配合项目经理，对供应商交付的人力资源进行筛选和评估，并在发现问题是及时反馈，能够严格对供应商提出要求，并使对方施行； 5、行业动态洞察：持续追踪 AI 数据行业的行情波动（如各类标注单价、人力成本趋势），为团队提供预算决策依据。

1、工作背景：3年以上 AI 数据行业、互联网外包管理或相关商务/项目管理经验； 2、专业知识：熟悉 AI 模型开发的基本流程，对预训练数据清洗、SFT（指令微调）、RLHF（偏好标注）等环节有实操或商务处理经验，了解文本、图片、视频等多模态数据的标注特性及常见的计费模式； 3、商务能力：具备优秀的谈判能力和成本意识，能够处理复杂的合同条款。 加分项： 有大量数据供应商储备。
