1、定义视频数据本身的质量标准:为训练/评测数据制定技术层面的质量判定标准,覆盖画质(清晰度、噪点、压缩失真)、编码缺陷(块效应、色带、丢帧、花屏)、水印/台标/字幕遮挡、运动质量(运动模糊、抖动、帧率不稳、运动伪影)等维度,沉淀为可落地的数据准入与质检标准； 2、搭建技术质检体系:建立数据切片、清洗环节的技术质检口径与判定阈值,抽检生产结果,持续定位技术性质量短板并反哺标准迭代； 3、推动标准量化落地:与量化及工程团队协作,把技术质量标准翻译成可自动化检测的指标与规则； 4、跨团队对齐:协同算法、评测、数据生产团队对齐数据质量需求,推动数据优化方案落地,并评估其对模型效果的实际影响。

1、视频技术质量判断力:能从技术视角判断一段视频作为数据的可用性——识别画质问题、编码/压缩缺陷、水印遮挡、运动异常等,并给出明确的判定依据； 2、后期制作背景:熟悉影视后期工作流,理解剪辑、灯光、特效、调色/DI、压制编码等环节,知道各类画面问题的成因;有后期、DI、技术审片、视频数据运营相关经验者优先； 3、能把技术判断写成标准:可将画质/缺陷/运动等质量判断拆解为可解释、可复用、可传递给质检/标注团队执行的规则与阈值——这是本岗位的核心能力； 4、加分项:a. 熟练用 vibe coding / AI 工具为工作提效,主动探索学习新技能;b. 熟悉主流视频生成模型(如 Seedance、Kling、Happyhorse 等),了解行业现状与痛点,尤其对生成视频的典型技术缺陷(伪影、闪烁、形变等)有独立认知。
