岗位方向：通过研究已有游戏和 3D 引擎的运行机制，实现对场景、角色、动作和镜头的程序化控制，并让 Agent 能够调用这些能力，持续生成高质量、多样化的视频训练数据。岗位侧重引擎运行时、游戏逆向与工具开发。我们重视对底层机制的理解，以及将研究结果转化为可靠工程系统的能力。

1、引擎机制研究与游戏逆向：研究对象与组件、资源加载、动画、物理、相机和更新调度等机制。在源码不完整或缺失时，结合 SDK、反射／RTTI、反汇编和动态调试，定位关键结构与调用关系，建立可靠的数据读取和控制能力； 2、运行时控制与插件开发：开发原生插件、引擎扩展和游戏适配模块，实现实体查询、角色与物体操作、动作执行、相机控制及必要的状态保存与恢复。分析对象生命周期、更新时序和系统依赖，解决控制与采集中的底层问题； 3、引擎工具与 Agent 接口：将底层能力封装为 API、命令行工具或插件，让 Agent 能完成场景查询、内容编辑、运行控制、预览和诊断。建立明确的执行反馈、错误处理和结果验证机制，提高工具复用率与新游戏接入效率； 4、自动化内容生成与采集：接入游戏资产和外部 3D 数据，打通资产处理、场景配置、角色行为、镜头组织、渲染与采集流程。使用 Unreal 或其他引擎及相关内容工具，支持可重复、可批量的视频生成； 5、正确性、稳定性与性能优化：验证坐标、相机、动画、时间和采集数据的一致性，定位漏采、状态异常、帧错位和画面错误的根因。优化运行开销、数据读回、资源缓存和批量任务效率，支持异常检测、失败恢复与环境复用。

1、具备扎实的 C++ 和调试能力，理解内存布局、对象生命周期、调用约定及多线程同步，能够分析陌生代码和复杂运行时问题； 2、熟悉 Unreal 或其他成熟游戏引擎，有引擎源码分析、模块扩展、原生插件、复杂 Mod 或游戏逆向项目经验。Unreal 背景优先，其他商业或自研引擎的深入实践同样欢迎； 3、理解三维坐标变换、相机投影、骨架与动画、渲染流程等基础机制，能够结合日志、数值检查和实际画面验证结果； 4、能够使用 Python 开发自动化工具，重视接口设计、错误处理、可复现性和长期维护； 5、熟练使用编程 Agent 辅助开发、代码分析和排错，能够拆分任务、设计验证方法，并独立判断其输出是否正确。
