1、销售目标与过程管理：协助销售总监完成年度 / 季度销售目标的制定与分解，对目标到结果的全过程负责——管理 Pipeline 与 Forecast，设定计算逻辑与口径，持续跟进进度，及时预警偏差并推动纠偏动作落地； 2、客户与商机管理：搭建并持续维护客户数据库，制定客户数据管理规则；管理从线索、商机、签约到回款的全流程，输出可执行的管理办法并推动落地；沉淀客户管理相关的销售行为准则与最佳实践； 3、数据分析与经营洞察：搭建销售业务数据看板，监控转化率、客单价、回款、人效等关键指标，定期输出经营分析报告，发现业务问题与增长机会，为管理层决策提供数据依据； 4、流程与工具建设：持续优化 LTC（线索到回款）流程与销售作业 SOP，推动 CRM 等销售系统工具的落地使用与迭代，提升销售团队作业效率与人效； 5、激励与费用运营：协助设计销售激励政策并跟踪执行效果，负责销售费用预算与使用的过程管理，确保投入产出可衡量； 6、跨部门协同：作为销售体系与市场、售前、交付、客户成功、财务等团队的协同接口，保障线索流转、项目推进与回款闭环的高效运转。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上 To B 销售运营 / 销售管理 / 业务支持经验，有云服务、SaaS 或 AI 大模型行业背景者优先； 2、熟悉 To B 销售全流程（LTC），有 Pipeline / Forecast 管理或销售 BP 类岗位的实战经验，理解销售组织的管理逻辑； 3、数据能力强：熟练使用 Excel，掌握 SQL / BI 看板工具者优先，能独立完成数据提取、清洗、分析与可视化，具备通过数据诊断业务问题的能力； 4、沟通协调能力出色，能有效对接销售团队与各跨部门，推动规则、流程真正落地而不是停留在纸面； 5、对 AI 视频生成 / 大模型产品有基本认知与浓厚兴趣，能快速理解 Vidu 的产品价值并与技术、产品团队顺畅沟通； 6、逻辑清晰、自驱力强、抗压性好，具备从 0 到 1 搭建销售运营体系的意愿与能力。
