1、以模型和智能为第一优先级，深度跟踪全球具身智能前沿技术动态，包括World Action Models、具身大模型、端到端机器人控制、多模态融合、强化学习、机械臂/人形机器人全身运动规划、空间感知与具身推理等核心技术，精准研判技术成熟度、行业痛点与竞品产品方案； 2、结合公司自有大模型底座、硬件机器人载体、研发资源，制定1-3年具身产品整体战略、版本迭代路线图，明确产品定位、核心能力边界、技术取舍标准，锚定高价值商业化场景； 3、输出完整产品白皮书、技术产品方案、竞品分析报告，对齐研发、销售、市场、管理层统一认知，把控所有具身产品线的产品方向； 4、深度协同算法（基座模型、后训练、推理部署）、工程落地团队，主导需求评审、技术方案评审、版本验收，能听懂算法底层逻辑，精准识别技术瓶颈，提出可落地、可量化的产品优化方案，杜绝技术与产品需求脱节； 5、主导具身智能产品商业模式设计，覆盖模型授权、私有化部署、MaaS、软硬一体整机销售、行业解决方案、按调用/按任务收费多种变现模式，针对工业制造、仓储物流、商用服务、家庭等场景制定差异化商业化方案； 6、牵头头部标杆客户拓展与项目落地，深度参与售前方案定制、客户需求挖掘、项目回款跟进，解决具身产品落地过程中技术适配、场景适配、成本管控、交付周期等商业化痛点，沉淀可复制的标准化解决方案； 7、负责产品定价体系、销售支撑材料、市场推广物料输出，联动销售与市场团队，搭建渠道生态、合作伙伴体系，推动产品从项目制零散接单转向标准化规模化售卖，完成年度营收、毛利、客户数核心商业指标； 8、复盘商业化落地数据，迭代产品功能与商业模式，持续降低产品交付成本、提升项目毛利率，实现具身业务从技术投入阶段转向现金流阶段。

1、学历与年限：本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能相关专业优先；5年及以上AI产品经验，其中至少2年及以上具身智能/人形机器人/机器人大模型/多模态大模型产品负责人经验，有完整具身产品从0到1落地及商业化闭环经验； 2、硬核技术认知：深刻理解具身智能底层技术栈，熟悉VLA视觉语言动作模型、世界模型、机器人运动控制、多模态理解和生成、强化学习、大模型微调、端侧部署、等核心原理；能独立看懂算法指标、区分实验室技术与工程化产品的差距，无需算法团队科普即可判断技术可行性与落地成本； 3、商业化实战经验：过往有明确的具身智能/工业机器人/服务机器人产品商业化成果，具备标杆客户落地、解决方案售卖、模型授权、软硬一体产品营收操盘经验，懂To B大客户销售逻辑、项目交付流程与毛利管控； 4、行业场景认知：熟悉工业上下料、仓储分拣、园区巡检、商用服务、家庭等主流具身落地场景，清晰知晓各场景真实痛点、客户付费意愿、行业准入门槛； 5、模型第一，平衡各维度：能够平衡技术创新、产品体验、落地成本、商业收益四大维度，在高速迭代模型的沿途完成商业化； 6、擅长和算法科学家、工程师、大客户销售跨部门协同，能够高效推动高复杂度AI机器人项目落地； 7、战略洞察力：对具身智能行业长期发展有独立判断，能够提前布局下一代产品能力，构建公司产品差异化壁垒。 加分项 1、有人形机器人、四足机器人、机械臂具身模型整机产品全盘负责经验； 2、具备AI大模型公司、机器人头部厂商、具身智能创业公司产品管理经验； 3、拥有工业自动化、智能制造、机器人行业大客户资源。
