1、核心负责World Action Models世界动作模型的研发、迭代与优化，聚焦机器人Low-Level动作策略。跟进和复现具身智能领域SOTA算法； 2、参与探索前沿World Model和具身基座模型的算法，攻克长程任务、任意视角数量建模、精细操作、主动感知、human-to-robot align等核心问题； 3、迭代数据-模型闭环，通过参与预训练数据集构建和模型算法手段持续优化World Action Models的鲁棒性，和硬件、控制团队完成模型真机调试与性能打磨。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能、深度学习等相关专业，1-3年具身智能、机器人策略算法研发经验； 2、精通VLA、VLM、世界模型、底层动作策略相关技术，熟悉Diffusion Policy、Transformer、RL、模仿学习等核心算法，有相关模型落地、迭代实战经验； 3、熟练掌握PyTorch深度学习框架，具备独立模型训练、调优、迭代能力，熟悉机器人底层运动控制、物理仿真逻辑； 4、熟悉ROS/ROS2开发工具链，具备良好的算法创新能力与工程落地思维，能够精准定位底层动作策略的性能瓶颈，独立完成算法优化与问题攻关，有机器人灵巧操控、连续动作生成项目经验者优先； 5、具备仿真环境（Isaac、Sapien以及各类仿真benchmark）开发与真机部署调试经验，能独立完成底层策略算法的全流程落地。
