1、参与国内领先的实时交互视频生成模型 Vidu S 的研发，参与流式视频生成模型 Benchmark 与评测体系建设，围绕实时生成、首帧一致性、音画同步、提示词响应、时序稳定性等核心能力，设计评测任务、评测标准和数据规范； 2、负责基准数据生产与提示词工程，涵盖参考图提示词、视频任务提示词、异常 Case 构造等内容，提升评测集的覆盖度、区分度和可复现性； 3、搭建自动化评测流程，支持批量推理、结果管理、指标计算、可视化分析、人工评测辅助和评测报告生成，提升模型迭代评估效率； 4、配合训练侧完成模型版本对比、失败案例归因、消融实验设计和实验结果分析，持续沉淀评测规范、数据规范和分析文档，支撑模型能力迭代。

1、计算机、人工智能、电子信息、自动化等相关专业背景，具备机器学习、深度学习和计算机视觉基础，了解视频生成、多模态生成或生成模型评测相关技术； 2、熟练掌握 Python，熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，具备数据处理、实验脚本开发、批量评测、结果分析和可视化能力； 3、具备较强的论文调研、技术拆解和实验设计能力和良好的工程实现、问题分析和沟通协作能力，能够搭建评测 pipeline，定位模型失败模式，并与算法、数据、产品和工程团队协同推进模型迭代； 4、每周到岗5 天，最短实习时长3 个月，是否可转正：是，是否远程：否。
