1、质量体系与标准建设：搭建并迭代多模态（视频 / 音频）评测全流程质量管控体系，制定质检规则、抽样方案、批次验收标准与人员一致性校验机制；将影视视听审美要求转化为可量化、可落地的质检维度与判定标尺，输出标准化质检 SOP 与缺陷分级规范，统一边界案例判定口径； 2、全流程质检与验收管理：统筹外包评测产出的全流程质量监控，执行日常抽检、批次交叉复核与项目终验，把控评测准确率、打分一致性等核心指标；组织上岗校准测试与定期质量核验，推动不达标产出整改，对低质效人员提出汰换建议；对重点评测任务执行深度核验，负责最终交付物质量验收，守住质量底线； 3、质量归因与迭代优化：对质检问题做归因分析，输出质量分析报告与改进方案；追踪质量趋势，定期输出复盘报告；沉淀 Badcase 与典型问题案例库，反哺评测标准、培训体系与流程优化； 4、跨团队协同与质量赋能：作为质量统一出口，对接算法、产品、供应商等多方，对齐质量目标，处理质量争议；对外包团队开展质量培训与标准宣贯；跟踪行业技术与审美趋势，持续优化质检标准。

1、专业背景与审美能力：影视相关（广播电视编导、戏剧影视导演/广告导演、影视制作、数字媒体艺术/技术、动画、戏剧影视文学、摄影、美术、特效、后期、录音等）专业出身，具备扎实的视听语言功底与专业影视审美，能精准识别模型生成的视频/音频各类缺陷； 2、质控与评测经验：1 年及以上多模态（视频/音频）评测工作经验，熟悉评测质量管控方法，有外包 / 众包团队质检管理经验者优先； 3、数据与流程能力：具备数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力，能独立完成质量统计与复盘；熟练使用办公软件，具备流程化思维，能沉淀优化质检 SOP； 4、综合素质：严谨细致、认真负责，能坚守质量底线；沟通协调能力良好，具备强Owner 意识。
