1、承担销售业绩指标，拓展和维护渠道伙伴客户，积极推广公司的产品形成销售业绩； 2、重点拓展行业伙伴市场，在广告营销，教育及园区等行业领域拓展行业合作伙伴； 3、同步拓展和维护云厂商等Tokenhub的平台合作，通过和平台联合运营的方式扩大市场，同时对接伙伴的各条业务线协同拓客KA客户； 4、定期协同伙伴拜访最终客户，尤其需要协同CSM团队对KA客户的拜访，了解客户的业务需求和使用情况，推荐符合市场/客户的解决方案，并跟进方案的实施； 5、定期协同伙伴制定并组织执行市场活动的举报，联合市场部在行业/区域主办相应的市场推广活动，同步积极参与伙伴举报的市场活动，拓展商机； 6、跟随公司新产品/模型的发布，同步第一时间在伙伴中推广新产品/模型，跟随组织对市场需求的判断，推广公司有竞争力的产品。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上渠道生态拓展经验，有大型云厂商（腾讯云/百度云）工作经验优先，有运营商工作经验优先，有大客户管理经验，对大模型能力关注，并有AI相关项目落地的完整经验； 2、 个性开朗，有很强的学习能力和适应能力，适应人工智能行业的快速发展；精力充沛，具备在高强压力下出色完成任务的能力； 3、 具备较强的人际沟通能力及逻辑思维能力，能够准确把握产品优势和客户心理，整合公司内外部资源完成业务目标； 4、 掌握谈判技巧，理解渠道诉求，推进共识，达成与渠道方的合作。
