1、研发基于模仿学习、VLA、世界模型等的机器人双臂操作大模型算法，打造通用的具身智能基座模型； 2、协同数据团队验证数据训练具身模型的效果； 3、参与具身智能大模型方向前沿算法研究，支撑数据生成、模型训练优化、评测迭代等方面工作。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、AI、机器人学、控制理论、自动化、等相关专业； 2、具备机械臂控制或具身模型、VLA相关项目经验； 3、熟练掌握Python、PyTorch和深度学习； 4、加分项：具备调试机械臂硬件的经验，熟悉ROS，具有实际机器人系统部署与调试能力，具备isaaclab等机器人仿真平台使用经验。在顶级学术会议 CVPR/ICRA/NeurIPS/CoRL 等顶级会议上发表过论文者优先，拥有相关数据集、基准搭建、真机系统上优化部署和开源项目贡献经历优先。
