1. 项目管理与交付：承接数据需求（数据生产、数据标注、评测等），完成需求拆解、排期、资源分配、进度管控、交付验收全流程；统筹管理多条并行数据任务线，制定项目计划与里程碑，主动识别风险并制定应对预案；跨团队协调算法、数据策略、外部供应商，推动卡点解决，确保项目高效落地； 2. 质量管理：深入理解算法团队需求，参与制定各类数据任务的标注规范、质检标准与验收框架，建立Badcase库与典型样例集，定期组织校准会拉齐标注员认知，持续提升数据质量，对质检数据做归因分析，推动Guideline、培训、工具、流程的持续优化； 3. 供应商与外包团队管理：负责离岸外包团队及国内标注基地的日常管理，包括产能调配、人员入项与汰换，主导供应商准入评估与试标，动态维护供应商质量与产能，建立SOP、FAQ及争议样本仲裁流程，缩短问题响应时长； 4. 效率优化：推动AI辅助工具在数据生产中的落地应用，提升机审替代率，优化交付成本与效率，持续沉淀标注规范与流程最佳实践，推动项目管理模板等可复用资产，提升团队整体交付能力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上数据标注/数据运营项目管理经验； 2、有视频生成、多模态数据标注相关经验优先，了解视频生成模型训练流程及数据需求； 3、有管理离岸或大规模外包团队的实际经验，能统筹自营、外包等多种产能模式 抗压、Owner意识强，能在高节奏迭代中同时推进多个项目并持续交付； 4、跨团队协作能力强，能准确理解算法需求并转化为可执行的数据方案，有自动化质检/workflow搭建经验优先； 5、具备以下任一背景优先：计算机科学、数据科学、传媒、影视、艺术等相关专业，在数据服务公司或大厂数据团队有视频/图像标注、质检、项目管理实战经验，熟悉镜头语言、分镜、叙事结构，具备影视审美能力。
