1、核心领域服务：负责项目、任务、样本、标注结果、审核、返修和数据集等领域服务的建模、接口设计与实现，保证状态流转清晰、数据变更可追踪； 2、任务编排与异步执行：建设任务分发、批量处理、转码、质检计算和数据导出等异步能力，完善队列调度、进度追踪、失败重试和幂等机制； 3、媒体与数据交付：设计大文件存储与传输、媒体元数据、产物管理和训练集导出服务，处理高并发访问、断点续传和数据一致性问题； 4、质量与权限基础设施：为抽检、一致性分析、质量预警和效率统计提供数据服务；实现多角色权限、操作审计和敏感数据访问控制； 5、稳定性与工程规范：建立接口测试、链路监控、日志追踪、容量评估和故障处理机制，参与服务拆分、数据库演进、部署发布与技术文档建设。

1、服务端交付经验：计算机相关专业本科及以上，具备 5 年及以上服务端开发经验，能够独立完成模块从建模、设计、开发到上线运行的完整交付； 2、扎实的后端基础：熟悉 Go / Node.js 中至少一门服务端语言，掌握 HTTP、RPC、鉴权、事务、并发控制和常见服务治理方法，能够设计清晰稳定的 API； 3、数据建模能力：熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，理解索引、事务隔离、查询优化和数据迁移；熟悉 Redis、消息队列或任务队列，并能根据业务一致性要求选择合适方案； 4、可靠性意识：能够识别重复提交、任务重入、部分失败、超时、数据错配和权限越界等风险，并通过幂等、状态机、补偿、审计和监控建立防护； 5、协作与问题分析：能够主动澄清需求中的输入、输出、边界和验收标准，在团队协作中快速推进复杂链路落地。
