1、实习期 4 个月以上； 2、本科或研究生在读，专业不限；有海外学习或跨文化沟通经验者优先； 3、熟悉视频剪辑工具（如剪映、Premiere）或AI视频工具（如Runway、Pika、Vidu等）是加分项； 4、具备基础文案能力，能写简短的活动帖/社群话术； 5、细心、有耐心，善于与人沟通，对用户反馈能及时响应。
