【关于这个角色】 我们在找一个站在品牌、内容、社媒和技术交叉点上的人，一起探索一家世界模型公司的品牌应该怎么讲、内容怎么做、社媒怎么玩。 你会直接参与品牌策略的讨论和内容方向的决策：从行业趋势和用户反馈中找到内容机会，用AI工具和自动化提升效率，再和技术、产品、设计一起把想法落地。 【你会做什么】 1、社媒运营：负责 Motubrain 社交媒体矩阵的内容策划与日常运营，覆盖小红书、X等海内外平台。独立完成选题规划、内容制作及数据复盘的全流程工作；持续关注平台趋势、行业热点与用户反馈，迭代内容策略，提升各平台的内容质量、用户触达和品牌影响力。 2、品牌管理：负责官网内容的日常维护与更新，基于品牌策略和数字营销需求规划内容体系，推动技术博客、新闻动态等内容的产出与发布；对接SEO/SEM供应商，跟进投放执行进度，监控数据与效果，协同供应商持续优化投放策略，推动流量增长。 3、协同支持：协同宣发项目，负责社媒传播、物料对接及数据整理等工作；协调设计、PR、供应商等内外部资源，保障项目高效落地并形成完整闭环。

【我们希望你具备】 1、1—3年市场、品牌或内容相关工作经验，熟悉具身智能、AI或互联网科技行业生态，理解世界模型的基本概念；具备独立负责内容运营的经验，能够从策略制定、执行落地到数据复盘跑通完整闭环。 2、文案功底扎实，网感敏锐，能自如切换不同平台的语言体系。对行业热点和技术趋势有判断力，能把复杂的技术概念与品牌主张转化为有观点、有温度、有传播力的内容。 3、各类AI工具的深度用户，对用AI做内容、做视频、做数据分析有自己的理解。你知道不同模型和工具擅长什么，也知道什么时候AI并不是最好的答案。 4、具备基础视频拍剪能力，能独立完成短视频从脚本到成片的全流程，有科技/AI 类短视频制作经验优先。 5、强大的自驱力和沟通能力，能够在多任务并行的环境中主动拆解目标；快速理解新技术与新产品、协调资源推动落地，并对最终结果负责。 【这个角色的边界】 我们不会提前把这个职位框死。 你可以更偏内容，用优质内容建立品牌认知； 也可以更偏增长，用数据和投放驱动影响力； 也可以更偏AI Builder，用Agent和AI工具重构市场工作流。 我们有一些想解决的问题。 但我们更希望你进来以后，能告诉我们： 还有哪些事情值得做。
